History of Koa
The wa'a (canoe) and hoe (paddle) are so significant to Hawai’i, Polynesians never would have found the islands without them. These paddles are aren’t just designed to be pleasing to the eye, they are a tribute to the culture. Kirk briefly explains the history and cultural importance of using Koa wood in his paddles.
